Based on a range of metals the Paladin Colour palette is created to give you a truly classic look, using any one of the 8 unique Paladin Colours is popular way to achieve the look you want. Cast iron radiators do lend themselves to darker colours with the Natural Cast and Old Pewter finishes being amongst our most popular choices. The Copper and Gold’s are also fine colour choices if you require rich and handsome colours to compliment your colour scheme. Whatever colour you choose the Paladin Colours have been carefully chosen and custom mixed just for Paladin they are hard wearing and washable and add a stunning metallic look to your cast iron radiators.

Our standard finish is Eggshell but we can also offer the whole range of finishes from a matt to full gloss on request.

Step One

Select how many Radiator Sections
A section of a Cast Iron Radiator refers to each individual Cast Iron piece that, when fixed together, make up a Radiator.

Step Two

Select your colour finish
We can finish any radiator from a choice of over 10,000 colours and offer an expert colour matching service to attain even greater levels of customization.

Step Three

Choose Radiator Valves
All our radiators come tested & sealed, but you will need main radiator valves in order to fit and operate each radiator. Browse our extensive range of manual and Thermostatic radiator valves which are all ½” Bsp to match our cast iron radiators. We offer a great range of styles and finishes to suit all tastes.

Step Four

Select your Bleeding Valves
Bleed valves for purging air from hot water radiators. Vacuum breakers to let air into thermostatically-controlled steam radiators. A variety of styles, sizes and finishes available.

Step Five

Choose Luxury Wall Brackets
Wall stays anchor your radiators to the wall giving it that extra stability needed to help prevent any movement. They also help protect your home, and radiator from any accidental damage. We recommend using a wall stay for every 10 sections.

Now, this is interesting, firstly we prepare and polish the radiator then it is coated with an opaque tinted lacquer that gives deep lustre that still shows the cast iron detail below. Premium Lacquers are available in a wide range of on trend colours for that more contemporary feel.

Hand Polishing Finish
Polished perfection, the ultimate finish
Polishing offers what can only be described as one of the best finishes you can buy. Hours of work go in to each section to create an amazing handsome finish that you will always be proud of. Using traditional methods, our skilled polishers work each section of your cast iron radiator to accentuate its beautiful unique detail. There are several levels of finishing to choose from:
Industrial: Our industrial look was created to show the best of raw cast iron, firstly we smooth the surfaces then we capture some of the natural patinas under a coat of clear lacquer. A truly inspiring ‘Manhattan loft’ look for interiors where original unadulterated design comes first.
Burnished: This creates a slightly aged look that works well as a muted but high quality finish that shows off the radiator without being overpowering.
Polished: This is the most popular and a traditional method of finishing that brings out the very best in your radiator giving an impressive shine that will enhance any interior.
Mirror: Building further on the traditional Polished finish Mirror finishing brings your polished radiators surface up to the best and brightest possible finish available. It certainly makes a stunning impression.
Our usual polishing method allows for blacking of the lower area of the radiator that is against the wall, you can however order the Full polish option if it is going to be seen from all sides.

Our ethos at Paladin has always remained the same: All our radiators are hand-built and finished and tested in-house at our UK factory based in Lincolnshire.

We offer you full technical support and advice on every aspect of selecting your radiators. We are more than happy to discuss things with you and help work out your own unique requirements. Delivery
Paladin Cast Iron Radiators are extremely heavy so must be delivered on pallets. Standard UK Radiator Delivery is £49.99, there is a surcharge for more remote areas. We also deliver worldwide. Up to 4 standard radiators can be shipped on one pallet. Delivery is made kerb side to ground floor level of the delivery address. There must be access for the lorry and pallet truck so please bear this in mind.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery Times

All items listed on the website include an estimated delivery time and cannot be guaranteed. All estimates are based on a “working day” (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays), starting the next working day after the Order is accepted. Various factors such as weather and stock shortages may impact the stated delivery time. In cases where an item is “Out Of Stock” or available for “Pre Order”, an expected restocking date is shown, where available, though it is subject to change. Until the item returns to stock, all dates are estimated.

Free Delivery and Delivery Surcharges

The vast majority of items for sale on the Website are offered with free UK mainland delivery, except for a small proportion of items that are only eligible for free delivery in certain postcode areas. We define the UK mainland as England, Wales and most parts of Scotland below the central belt. The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any islands are not eligible for free delivery. In the event of a delivery charge being required, it is clearly labelled prior to completing an Order, and the relevant charge will be applied to the total at the Checkout stage. Charges are calculated on a per delivery basis, not a per Order basis, so multiple delivery charges may be applied in certain circumstances.

Delivery Handling

Our deliveries are handled by third party carriers; often this will be a specialist courier service or a vehicle directly affiliated with a supplier. Due to this, We are unable to guarantee the execution of any special delivery instructions requested when placing an Order, though We endeavour to do so. An Order with many items may be subject to deliveries from multiple carriers, and so we are unable to guarantee that all items will be received at the same time, or on the same day, though we work hard to try and ensure this. If You cannot be present to take a delivery, you must give us adequate notice of 24 hours to enable us to re-schedule the delivery. We reserve the right to charge for any re-deliveries as a result of You not being able to take delivery on the nominated day.

Receiving Delivery

All of our deliveries are a one-man, kerb-side service. Where required, You should arrange for help to unload the Goods during delivery, and/or for storing them inside the property after delivery. Upon receiving a delivery, We recommend performing a short visual inspection, checking that all expected items are present; consulting a delivery note if available. The delivery should be received, inspected and signed-for by the Delivery contact nominated on the Order. Once the delivery is signed for, responsibility for those items is then passed on to You. Therefore, We highly recommend performing a full inspection of the items immediately afterwards, prior to storing them away.

Inspecting Delivered Items

We recommend performing a full inspection as soon as possible to determine whether any items are damaged, incomplete or faulty. In the unlikely event that this is the case, We recommend notifying us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery, which will ensure a smooth Returns process. In cases where all of these Conditions have been adhered to, We will arrange for incorrect or damaged items to be replaced for free. Collection of certain damaged items – such as broken glass – may not always be possible, so You may be asked to dispose of these items separately.

Installing Delivered Items

We advise against booking any tradesperson(s) to install items until You are in receipt of the entire Order, and it has been thoroughly checked. Any delivery times given are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, therefore We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss. Do not try and install any damaged or faulty items, and leave them in their original packaging where possible.
